Being a self-made athlete has taught me that discipline is everything. When no one is watching, no one is guiding you, and no one is holding you accountable, consistency becomes a choice. You either stay committed or you fall off.

My mindset has been shaped by discipline and a passion for learning. Studying elite athletes, legendary military leaders, and highly educated individuals has transformed me into a lifelong student of growth, performance, and purpose.

Over the past five years as an athlete, this work ethic has led me to compete at the collegiate basketball level at Meredith College. I am currently an undergraduate at Meredith College studying Health, Exercise, and Sports Science. My passion for athletic development and education also inspired me to become nationally certified in personal training. I am also finishing up NASM certification in both nutrition and corrective exercise specialist.

Above everything, my foundation is faith. Faith keeps me grounded, intentional, and consistent in every area of life. I don’t believe in mindless work or endless hours of training. Everything should be done with purpose, every session should have meaning, and every step should contribute to growth.
